Cancellation Policy

Please remember the following Terms & Conditions when booking with us. You should understand that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.. 24 HOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT  24 HR STANDARD RENTAL ($98.50) INCLUDES... One greeting, one name (10 characters), coordinating graphics, setup and removal.  Payment is REQUIRED to save the date and confirm booking.  Please contact us for special instructions, rush (next day) deliveries, holiday bookings or additional names and/or phrases (additional fee may apply.)  RUSH ORDERS (within 48 hours of the event). Rush and same day orders may be accommodated with the following conditions: Based on available inventory Rush Fee $25 may apply. Orders placed within 48 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed. Order will be refunded if unable to completed.  We ask that signs are kept in the same place for us to pick up in the same location.  Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler and alarm systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. Please advise us if there is a motion detection system in the front of the home.  If you are ordering a Nothing But Yard Love greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone in that household or business know we will be setting up in their yard and returning within 24 hours to pick up. Nothing But Yard Love greetings are typically delivered and set up between 6am and 7 pm (unless Cancellation In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. REFUND POLICY  We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.  We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.  Full refund w/in 96hr cancellation notice or full credit for an available future date.  50% refund for 72hr notice or full credit for an available future date.  25% refund for 48hr notice or full credit for an available future date.  Full credit for an available future date with 24hr cancellation notice We will ONLY REFUND 25% of the total charge if we go to the business or residence to setup and another company or affiliate has already setup a yard greeting. All signs remain NBYL property. NBYL reserves the right to decline orders that controversial, lewd, or disrespectful.
